1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Accounts

You may create an account to use certain features of the Service, such as creating alerts and managing subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 3. User Content & Uploads

Users cannot create or upload content to the Service (text, images, or other media). The Service is driven by market and on-chain data combined with content produced by Cryptopinger. If this policy changes, we will update these Terms accordingly.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Payments

The Service offers subscription plans and paid features. By purchasing a subscription or other paid product you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (for example Stripe or PayPal). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

Subscription cancellation and refund policies are described on the pricing page and in your account. We may suspend or terminate access to paid features for non-payment.

5. Purchasing Goods or Services

In addition to subscriptions, the Service may offer purchasable goods or digital items. All purchases are subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, visual designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Service are the exclusive property of BNT Enterprise and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our trademarks or content without prior written permission. All rights are reserved.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas to us (collectively, "Feedback"), you agree that we may use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. By submitting Feedback you grant BNT Enterprise a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and commercialize the Feedback.

From time to time we may run promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. These will be governed by separate official rules posted at the time of the promotion. Participation in such promotions may require compliance with additional terms and eligibility rules.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping data, or using the Service to commit fraud or other criminal acts.

Upon termination, paid subscriptions will be handled according to the cancellation and refund policy described at checkout.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Cryptopinger provides market data and alerts for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment advice. BNT Enterprise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of alerts or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNT Enterprise and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including trading losses.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Service you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France for any dispute arising out of these Terms, subject to mandatory local consumer protection rules.
